Municipal Sewer & Water Magazine (MSW) serves municipal decision-makers, sewer and water directors, technicians, and private water and wastewater contractors who install, inspect, maintain and rehabilitate sewer, water and stormwater infrastructures. It is
a monthly water industry publication by COLE Publishing, a remote company based in Three Lakes, Wisconsin.
